1. Definitions

  • Service: Any software, platform, consulting, or professional services offered by Softgenio Technology.

  • Deliverables: Outcomes such as software, documentation, or outputs provided under a Service.

  • Authorized Users: Individuals you permit to access the Service under your account.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Service, you accept this Agreement. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately. This Agreement, along with any Service-specific terms or Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire understanding between you and Softgenio Technology, superseding any prior agreements

3. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date will reflect any changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance

4. Scope of Services

We provide software development, consulting, SaaS solutions, and related services as detailed in applicable Statements of Work.

5. Payment and Fees

Payment terms will be specified in the applicable agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise specified, payment is due within 15 or 30 days of invoice receipt. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum lawful rate

6. Deliverables & Acceptance

You may review the Deliverables within a specified acceptance period (e.g., 7 days); absent any notice of non-conformance, Deliverables will be deemed accepted

7. License & Intellectual Property

  • Unless otherwise specified, Softgenio Technology retains all rights, title, and interest in intellectual property related to the Service.

  • You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Deliverables solely for internal business purposes.

  • Unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, sublicensing, or distribution is strictly prohibited

8. Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the Service or infringe third-party rights.

  • Introduce harmful code or overload our systems.

  • Grant unauthorized access to others, or facilitate misuse

9. Support & Maintenance

Basic support terms (e.g., response and resolution timeframes) will be defined per agreement. Additional support may require separate fees
