  • For milestone-based projects, refunds (if any) will be calculated after deducting charges for completed milestones.

4. Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used during the transaction.

  • Softgenio Technology is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.

5. Changes to Services

  • Any change or modification requested after project approval may incur additional charges and may affect timelines.

  • Such changes will not be eligible for refunds.
