Cancellation requests will be considered only if made before the commencement of the project or service.
Once the project work has started, cancellation may not be possible, or partial charges may apply based on the work completed.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only in cases where services have not been initiated or if a payment was made in error.
No refunds will be provided for services that have already been delivered, partially completed, or customized as per client requirements.
For milestone-based projects, refunds (if any) will be calculated after deducting charges for completed milestones.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are strictly non-refundable:

Digital marketing, SEO, and paid advertising services
Domain registration, hosting, and third-party integrations
UI/UX design, branding, and content creation services
4. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used during the transaction.
Softgenio Technology is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.
5. Changes to Services
Any change or modification requested after project approval may incur additional charges and may affect timelines.
Such changes will not be eligible for refunds.
